Divorced in nc '01/now out of state

Dear ragco:

Greetings. Yes, an Alabama attorney should be able to help you, however, you will need to speak with an Alabama attorney about what they can or cannot do. Thank you.

HELLO, I WAS DIVORCED IN NC 2000. I RETURNED TO MY HOMETOWN IN ALABAMA SOON AFTER, WITH MY 2 CHILDREN. FATHER LIVES IN TENNESSEE NOW. QUESTION: WE ONLY HAVE A TEMPORARY ORDER FOR CHILDSUPPORT AND THERE IS NO MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE FATHER INCLUDED. I (THE MOTHER) HAVE FULL CUSTODY - PER ORDER. I HAVE PAID ALL MEDICAL/DENTAL BILLS AND INS. SINCE 2002. CAN AN ALABAMA ATTORNEY HELP ME WITH A MODIFICATION OR NEW ORDER TO GET SOME HELP FROM MY EX-HUSBAND ON THE CHILDRENS MEDICAL/DENTAL BILLS?
