Dvpo violation?

I have a dvpo on my husband. The date of the final was Oct. 11. we have joint bank accounts and he is using my card to sign up for porn websites. I contacted the websites and they gave me information. My question is, is he violating the order by doing what hes doing. Hes never done this before and so far there are 3 different ones. And also he still has his phone connected to mine via 2 email accounts, I believe hes doing that just to harass me. He has 2 other email accounts he could use that I have nothing to do with. Thank you for your advice.

It is likely not a violation of the DVPO for your husband to use a joint bank account to pay for porn websites.

It’s possible that his phone/email being connected to yours could be a violation. Any contact from him, even indirect contact, is a violation of the DVPO.

Thank you, He just changed the password on one of the accounts. Who should I go to talk to about this?

You should file a claim for equitable distribution and perhaps a motion for interim distribution.

In the meantime, it is generally acceptable for you to withdraw one-half of the funds in all joint accounts and deposit this money into an account(s) in your individual name.
