I have a situation where I am being notified last min about doctor appointments.

Our order requires as much notice as possible.

I have confirmed from the doctors office the appointments were made days before I was notified but this is only verbal.

I do know this information is not included in the normal medical records.

Im not sure how to present this fact. Is there something you normally request from medical providers for this type of infomation? I dont think they can provide me with a copy of the entire scheduling record due to HIPA etc and a stiky note wont due.

I agree that obtaining the scheduling records would be difficult, if not impossible. Perhaps you could try contacting the doctor’s offices and have them notify you by phone or email when the appointments are being scheduled, keep a log and compare it to when your ex notifies to of the appointments.
