My husband ( we have been separated going on month 4) has a picture of his new girlfriend (reason for separation) and him as his profile picture and has listed his status as “in a relationship” with her. Other than being very immature it is also embarrassing to his 20 year old daughter. I have asked him to change it but he refuses saying “we are separated” so he is free to do as he wishes. To me he is publicly confessing to infidelity. Can I do anything about this because we have no separation agreement made up and I am still married to him.

Also…can pictures that are posted on facebook pages be saved by other people to be used for other things legal?

Thanks!

You cannot force him to remove the picture, or change his status. You can however use the facebook information in court to prove the affair if you are seeking alimony, or to sue the paramour for alienation of affection.
