Fee arbitration

If you do not attend the arbitration, the arbitrator will most likely find in favor of the attorney. I would strongly encourage you to attend if you feel the fees you charged were unjust.

If you violate the order of the court and do not attend arbitration, you might also be subject to other legal sanctions from the court.

Judge ordered me to attend fee arbitration as lawyer had this clause in contract. Lawyer charged over $200,000.00 for nothing…already paid over $100,000… What happens if I do not attend the arbitration? jail? contempt? Arbitrator charging me too…lost everything…
