Going to court tomorrow over child support reduction

We are going for child support. He wants a reduction because he said that he is not eligible for over time anymore so his income is reduced. So he wants a reduction.

When the judge does the child support calculation is overtime included?

Also, if there is a percentage set for how much a person’s salary has to change before they will consider reducing child support.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIMELY ANSWER!

Overtime is included in a child support calculation. Normally, in order to qualify for a modification of support a party must show a 15% change in the amount of support using current income, and three years must have passed since the entry of the last order.
