my question is simple. my ex married me under false pretenses. after 7 years of marriage which produced 1 child,i found out he is gay, which subsequently broke up the marriage. can i sue him for misrepresentation during the marriage? I have been trying to find this out for some time, but have not been able to get the info needed. cannot afford an attorney, so never pursued this[?]
