- Can he drop me while we are still married?
- I will be eligible for Medicare jan 2013 can he drop me at that point?
It is my understanding that he can choose to drop you at any time. The timing would have to be in accordance with the plan’s policy or enrollment period. The requirements of Medicare are unknown to me.
