I filed my divorce paper a year ago April 1, 2006. My spouse was not served with his paper until about 2-3 months later,due to incarceration.he swore he would sign the paper once he was release. He’s been out two weeks. He has not responed to my request for a divorce. So my question is once the year is up next month where do I stand will I have to refile or will my divorce be grant automatic. help dying to be free in Kannapolis NC.
