My wife and I are going to seperate, but she hasn’t moved out yet. She has opened new bank accounts and has transfered money to them from our joint accounts. Do I have any rights to see what goes on in these accounts? I’m not talking about spending the money, I just want to know for the equitable distribution what she is buying.
If I find out that she is trying to hide items or money, what recourse do I have? Would that be perjury once she signed the 50/50 split in the seperation agreement? How could I verify what assets she really does have? It seems like somethat would be easier to prevent than try to fight after the fact.
