If a relativeof ex is posting very disparaging comments about me , doing name calling and making ( slightly) veiled threats about vengence to me on myspace, and sending them to an account ex created for our minor child ( under 13) to see as well, is this something to seek a restraining order on ?
I would suggest filing a motion for judicial assistance and ask that your ex be required to delete the my space account.
