My ex and I attended a 5 hour mediation session with both attorneys in October2010. We split up about 90% of our assetts(real estate). Now my husband says he doesn’t like how the mediation turned out and does not want to abide by it. I am okay with how it turned out. Is there anything that can be done?
Has anything been signed regarding what was decided on in mediation?
If you executed an agreement, and each of your signatures was notarized the agreement cannot be changed without your consent.
