My brother is in the USMC. He is currently stationed in NC. His wife & him have been married for 3years and have 1 child together. She has told him she is stillin love w/her ex husband and wants to go back to him. My brother has tried to get her to go to marriage counseling and she refuses. The ex husband her have phone converstions and chat online. My brother has asked her to stop because they are still married. She refuses. He is so torn up and doesn’t knwo how to proceed with gettting a divorce. Does he have to file seperation papers first or what? ANy help would be greatly appreciated!
