My wife and I were separated on April 27, 2010. I had separation papers but she would never sign them because she wanted to get back together for about the first 6 months of the separation. Now we have no separation paper, I got re-stationed to California, and don’t know if I can still have my divorce done in NC even though that’s where I got the process started. She lives in VA now and I’ll be in CA. Any Ideas?
Also I’m in the Military, don’t know if that makes a difference
