Filling out the modified child support form- as stated in the separation agreement I pay $500 a month. On the form it asks- monthly child support- can I also include in that $500 a month, other expenses that I pay, such as day care expenses and dance tutition? or is it strickly and only child support?
Example- right now I pay $500 child support, $145 day care and $145 dance each month- can all of these be modified using the same form as a lump sum?
