My husband moved out about a month ago. Both of our names are on the deed to the house and we have no children. He is still paying for utilities, association dues, water, etc. and I am paying the mortgage, taxes and homeowners insurance which is substantially more money. I really don’t want him to ever come back. I would like to get full ownership of the house eventually. My question is this; will the fact that he is paying some utilities etc. complicate who gets the house if we both want it?

I do not believe his contribution to the utility bills will work in his favor in the event he seeks the home in final distribution.
