NC Laws on Harassment

My soon to be ex-husband (we are seperated) keeps sending me e-mails where he claims to be speaking on the behalf of his attys. Since I am representing myself, I have contacted his atty several times and advised him that any communications should come through him and I will not just do whatever his client says is what the atty said. This has become a daily thing with him and his idle threats of him preventing me from seeing my children are getting annoying. I have done everything per our agreement and he claims his atty advised him all we have is an agreement (which was notorized) so he can change it at his will. If there is an atty on here who would like to see copies Of the e-mails I would have no problem forwarding them. Is there any laws in NC where I can file harassment charges based on his constant harassment?
