Greetings. He will have to forge ahead and make a good relationship with his daughter despite his psycho/controling ex. If she wants to use his daughter against him, he will just have to be the fantastic parent. How old is this child? Has he already handled all the property and support issues?

I have friend that 4 yrs. ago his wife kicked him out the day they closed on their $300,000. + home. That he build. He has been singal ever since. She has not. But now he has finally found someone he likes. And now his x is calling and telling him that she is going to take him back to court over their daughter. For the past 4 yrs. he has had her ever weekend and more. And now the x is staying he still has to keep her. He needs a life but is afraid if he fights the x that she will turn his daugther away from him.
She is basically telling him what he can and can not do with his daughter. All this started when he stop being their every time she the x called. And showed her he was moving on. And she has another new boyfriend.
What can he do? He has been so nice over the years.He gave her everything even through she kicked him out. And said she didn’t love him anymore.
