If a NCP or CP uses online sites for dating can it affect how a judge looks at custody and visitation.

The reason I ask is the NCP is using online dating and there are witnesses that say the indiscrimination of bringing strangers around is high and they spend the night or the NCP tries to get them to spend the night fairly quickly. Meaning within the first week or 2 of meeting them.

The judge may seek to include a provision in a custody order regarding limitations on who may be around the child when in one parent’s custody, however unless it can be demonstrated that there is a clear danger to the child, the court will likely no impose such restrictions.
