My wife and I separated last April. We filled out, signed, and had notarized a separation agreement which she claims to have turned into the court system. It is time that I think we should move towards finalizing the divorce, but I am currently living in SC. In order for the divorce to proceed in Cleveland County, where she lives and I still work, will she need to be the one to file? If not, can you tell me more about the process?
