What a mess we have! Long, long sad story of stay at home mom who got screwed by exhusband and basically lost her kids to a drug user, alcholic, passive agressive man who purgered himself and altered evidence in court and no one will do anything to help!
Case went to Judge in June/July 2004 and STILL has not been entered into court. (BTW Judge thinks Im some perverted woman now) Hired 2nd attorney to help fix situation in November 2004 and STILL nothing! We can’t even appeal because the case was never filed. Went for 1 1/2 years split custody no child support from him because case was not entered. Got remarried, moved away trying to negotiate a new custody agreement and still NOTHING!
What can we do to fix this? Doesn’t the Judge have to followup to be sure cases are entered? Does malpractice play into this?
Eldest Son will be 13 next month wants to be with me (all 3 kids do) but father said “no”… PLEASE HELP! There is much, much more to this story but we need something to be done, isn’t the law accountable anymore?
