Packing clothing/suitcase

Is there a law that the custodial parent is responsible to pack a suitcase of clothing for the non-custodial parent’s time? Does any guideline this apply to schedule A, schedule B or schedule C? Who provides shoes and clothing and in which schedule situations?

There is no law addressing this.

Typically, in a joint custody schedule, each parent will have sufficient clothing at their respective residences such that the child does not have to take luggage with him/her each time he/she goes to either parent’s house.

In primary custody situations (like every other weekend for example), the primary parent may pack a suitcase for the child or the non-primary parent may choose to keep clothing and necessities for the child at their residence regardless.
