Perjury

Just a suggestion, but why didn’t your attorney ask for her finacial records for the last year instead of just two weeks? Your attorney can also subpeona her pay records and schedule from the company she works for. My husband had to provide the court with ALL his finacial information for one year prior to his ex leaving him.
What in the world is she paying for that comes to $2300 a month if she has no car payment or mortgage/rent[?]

Dear Sham1,

If you are in court or you have an attorney, usually each party is required to produce at least a years worth of financial records. You should have your attorney request more extensive records.

I have been going through a divoice with my ex-wife, in the process of giving the court our finince, my ex-wife gave her information to her attorney for a two week period, during this two weeks she had her time reduced to show that she only made a small amount each two weeks. she is a RN and stated that she only made less than two thousand dollars a month, and had bills of 2300 a month. she also stated she had no money to pay her attorney fees, she lives in a home of her families for free, they furish her a vehicle, she received over eight thousand dollars from my 401k she received two beach lot valued at over $30,000.00 that were paid for, and receives child support from me each month. when I ask the court about this I was told they didnt want to hear anything from me. Her time cards for work are now showing what she usually makes each year, and every two weeks. is there any thing that can be done,
