Post separation support

If he is paying 5-7 days late consider yourself lucky. Some folks don’t pay at all.

The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. I have been separated 1 year and 4 days. My x has only paid my financial aid on the due date 1 time. The last 4 months he has been as much as 15 days late paying. My bills still go on. I know he is trying to squeeze me out and cause me bad credit. He refuses to pay me alimony so money is what it is all about. My attorney filed a motion. His attorney said he would tell my x to pay on time. The next 2 months still 5 - 7 days late. Can he not be made to pay on time? Why is my attorney lagging on this?
