My husband and ex have a court order with visitation of the minor son every other weekend and holiday and summer visitation. My husband has primary physical custody. Recently she has separated from her current husband and has moved in with another man. My stepson goes for his visitation with her as ordered. This may turn into something later on if they were to get married. Right now this has gone on about a month now and have no idea where she lives at or even met the person that they stay with. There is nothing in the court order about her making us aware of when she moves, just working phone numbers to contact the child. Should she make him aware of where she is living at and where my stepson is staying?
