In a court order, filed with the courts in January 2102 there is a clause that states that my ex-husband has 12 months from the time of the entry of the order to refinance our maritial home. I have a feeling he is going to ignore the order. What steps can I/should I take if he hasn’t refianced by the end of January?
File a motion for contempt or a motion for an order to appear and show cause.
