Alimony was denied on grounds of cohabitation on the part of the dependent spouse. If dependent spouse no longer cohabitates can she refile for alimony if the divorce is not final or even if it is final for that matter?
If the dependant spouse is no longer cohabitating, that may be a substantial change in circumstances which would allow for a modification.
