Remarried?

If she is not willing to tell you this you can check the public records for a marriage license. If you believe she is cohabitating you can hire a private investigator to determine if someone is living at her residence.

The Wake County register of deeds said I had to go to their office to check. If every county is the same way, that takes way too long.

Do you still have any contact with her, do you have children in common? Chances are if she gets remarried there are going to be some outward signs.

I will not have to pay alimony any more if my ex remarries or cohabits. How do I know when she remarries? Keep in mind, she could get married in a county besides Wake.

How do I know when she cohabits?
