I have to attend court again for Review Hearing on Child Custody. What is the purpose of it? What can I expect at the hearing? Is it possible that I can get my visitation change everthing goes well? Because as of right now, I do not like the way my visitation with my son is… I want more visitation and I no longer want any contact, interaction or be around with my ex’s family.
Usually when a judge sets a review hearing, they indicate why they are reviewing the matter. It is usually to make sure something has occurred or visitation is going well. The hearing is similar to a custody hearing, but rather than going from the beginning, you give the court updates from the last hearing, and tell the court what you want to change from the previous order.
