Separation, adultery

My husband filed for separation and then divorce we was married Oct 28,2023 I found out he was having multiple affairs days after we was married. We still lived together as a married couple he went to rehab he was calling and yet we was still as a couple he met a woman in rehab but he was still lying to me we wasn’t separated until I found out about the other woman he lied to me about still being in rehab but he actually moved in with the woman he met . Then they both went and lied took fake charges out on me he also went and filed papers for a divorce I didn’t respond because he was lying about our separation date. So he was granted a divorce so I just found out he did that so he could marry the woman he met at rehab. He is a sick narcissist and I want to know what I can do about him lying about our separation date in North Carolina fyi he filed for the divorce in Asheville and it’s 3 hours away he messed up my car so I couldn’t get there and nobody would help me over the phone

If you think he knowingly put false information on the divorce complaint and/or knowingly testified to a false date of separation, you can report him for committing perjury. You will need to be able to prove that the date of separation he used is indeed the wrong and that he clearly lied.
