After filing for an Absolute Divorce, is the separation agreement still valid. The separation agreement was not attached to the divorce. The divorce was granted on 1 year separation only, no refernce to the seperation agreement to be included in the divorce. I was under the understanding that the seperation agreement was only valid until the divorce was finalized unless the seperation agreement was attached to the divorce decree.
