I’m separated and so is my boyfriend, found out that I’m pregnant and now we are wondering what the legal implications may be. My estranged husband isn’t as vindictive as my boyfriend’s estranged wife. She’s already fled the state with the kids and he hasn’t even told her I’m pregnant. Any advice?
He needs to file a custody action for the children his ex ran off with.
He already has that in place, just waiting for her to be served. We’re more concerned with me being pregnant and what how that can affect the situation.
It will not be a determinative factor in his case, but may be considered as evidence of his moral character.
