Dear Quvo37:

Greetings. Since no one in our office is licensed to practice in Virginia, we cannot provide you any advice on this question. I suggest that you contact the Virginia State Bar Association for a referral. Best of luck.

I LIVE IN VIRGINIA, AND THIS IS THE ONLY FORUM I COULD FIND.
IM GONNA START MY DIVORCE, IM ATTEMPTING TO IT MY SELF. ITS JUST STRIGHT UNCONTESTED, NO CHIDEREN INVOLVED, NO PROPERTY OR ANY THING LIKE THAT.
MY QUESTION IS… IN VIRGINIA…IS THERE A CERTAIN FORMAT FOR A SEPERATION AGREEMENT. IF SOMEONE CAN EXPLAIN THIS THING TO ME, IT WOULD BE REALLY GREAT.
THANX…
