My husband left me with no income to live with his son a month a go I know he is planning to make it permenant because he set up an bank account in his name only he is seeing another woman, he also has a law suit pending and now hes asking that his mail be forwarded to his sons address do I have any legal rights. we have been married for 4 years lived together for 12 years no kids together . He has a full time job brings home $2,200 monthly receives $1,350 from social security and $250 from his pension of a past job I’ve worked up until 2 years ago when we decided to live with my daughter so that he and her could catch up on their bills in case of my untimely death you see I was diagnois with full blown aides and two years ago almost died from pneumonia. He has several operations and car accidents that I saw him through in the last past years. I don’t think reconcilling is an option because advances he has made to my daughter now and molestations issues she saids accured when she was a child which I’m just finding out but which makes sense now why he co sign for her a car and cell phone but never me.
