Don’t open the mail.
I don’t know if you can legally prevent him from mailing his wife and children, especially if it’s not anything immoral or threatening.
I’m sure prison can make anyone wack out a bit.
The easiest way to address this may be to contact the prison officals and seek their assistance.

My girlfriend’s husband is in prison in Raleigh. He’s sending letters to his wife and children- wierd, crazy ramblings, nothing threatening
or immoral. How do we get this stopped?
