Tort claim lawsuit during divorce process

Am seriously thinking of suing covert narc husband in a tort lawsuit (IIED) while presently in process of divorcing him.
Would my tort lawsuit be tossed back to family court? or any other reason I would have my lawsuit thrown out?
Covert narc husband’s wealth is in his separate property stocks. At age 76, I can see I will get very very little out of the divorce, if any. During marriage he gave me not a dollar in my hand, no security of any kind. I have NO funds in backup$/savings, and nowhere to live, by his design.

A tort claim will not be heard in family court by a family court/district court judge.

There are many reasons a civil lawsuit could be dismissed which include lack of jurisdiction, lack of proper service, defective Civil Summons, or failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
