Sep Agreement signed and done. Coming up on 1 year. Ex has house, and is responsible for paying mortgage (in my name) until she refinances which she has 2 years to do. In the mean time, I believe that many of the utilities are still in my name. These are not explicitly covered in the SA. So…can I just send her an email telling her to convert them to her name within x days, and than I cut them all off? Or is that setting me up for some other problems?
