HI I PURCHASED A HOME BACK IN OCTOBER 2002, AT THAT TIME I WAS ENGAGED. AT THE TIME OF CLOSING MY FINANCE AT THE TIME INSISTED I PUT HIS NAME ON THE DEED. THE MORTGAGE WAS SOLEY IN MY NAME, LIKE A FOOL I AGREED. WE MOVED IN OCTOBER 2002. IN DECEMBER 2002 THE RELATIONSHIP ENDED AND HE LEFT. AT PRESENT HE IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND I REALLY NEED TO REMOVE HIS NAME OFF THE DEED, I HAVE HAD FOUR LAWYERS NO RESPONSE. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
