The clerk of the court should have a copy of the form required to file a complaint regarding your visitation agreement (if you have one) and assist you with filling it out somewhat. You’ll also have to have a summons and serve the other party via sheriff or certified (return receipt) mail. The prices vary by county and state. If your visitation is court ordered then a judge must hear the case. Or just by serving the other party may be enough to make him/her be resonable and compliant with the terms of said agreement and you can drop the case.
