Hello, ex & I share custody 50/50, every other week. Would you tell me if there are automatically any holidays a parent is awarded in the divorce? ie. - mother’s day, father’s day

Holidays are normally included in the parties’ agreement or court order. If your Order or agreement is silent with respect to holidays the week on/ week of schedule would apply unless you and your ex can work together to split holidays.
