Based on your post it does not appear that you have grounds for an annulment. If cost is your concern, it will probably more expensive to try and get an annulment, then it would be to wait one year and file for absolute divorce.

Well ill tell you the whole story so you can have an accurate picture of the situation.
Last January i came to the USA to meet friends. While i was there i met a girl and we got to know each other of a couple of weeks. Then we decided to get married. Yes i know it was foolish of me but i was in love and to be honest i thought she could do no wrong. However after a couple of months, it fell apart. I shouted at one of the step grandkids because he was wrecking our new couch. I never raised my hand to him. Her and her daughter then according to the youngest daughter schemed to get rid of me by using that against me and lying to me.
Being the man that i am, i told her that i would not ask her to choose between me and her grandkids and i said i would leave for the UK. We agreed on all the marriage things, as we both wanted the marriage to end. We never consumated the marriage and according to several reputable sources ive been told that she has been sleeping with other people since ive been gone. I on the other hand have refrained from doing that sort of thing until we get the devorce sorted.
Is there anyway i can get a annullment based on her actions or do i have to go through devorce. It would be ideal for an annulment because its also what she wanted us to get as well. Neither of us wants to incur charges since that both of us are very short on cash. What legal recourse can i take and what is the fastest method because i wish to marry again but i do not want to break the law
