Where can I find a list of arbitrators?

I want to propose to husband I am in process of divorcing that we go the course of non-court apptd/ordered Arbitration.
But I don’t know where to get a list of retired judges or attorneys who would consider being an arbitrator?
Would there be a typical amount per hour they charge?

You can check the NC Courts Certified Family Financial Mediators Database.

Most certified family financial mediators also do arbitrations, but you would need to inquire with each one individually. Hourly rates depend on level and years of experience and location and likely widely vary across the state.
