Who owns vehicles?

I am in the process of going through a seperation. We have two vehicles:

A 2001 Ford F150 that I purchased and is in my name only, husband drives and is saying it was a gift to him.

2005 hyundai that has a balance owed of $7,000, is in husband name only but I drive.

Husband wants me to keep paying for car and he will sign it over to me. My question is…Am I entitled to keep the truck that is payed for and in my name and let him keep the car?

If you purchased the F150 during the marriage, even as a “gift” for your husband, it is martial property. The Hyundai is also martial property, regardless of whose name the title is in, and you may negotiate to keep either vehicle.
