If you are comfortable then what’s the problem ?? I beleive everyone thinks they have to ask the court for some kind of permission. I don’t thinks so the court is for when two individuals cannot resolve the problem unless there is a danger somewhere.

My ex-husband gets my 2 1/2 yr old son every other weekend & Wednesdays for dinner. He’s moving 4 hrs away & wants to modify so he has him for a straight 6 days at a time. Is this too hard on my little one? He’s spent that much time with him before when I’ve been away on business & seemed fine. He loves his dad & likes to go there. Is it ok if we remain consistent (until he starts school of couse)?
