I’m currently separated, just over 1 year. Sep agreement signed and all finished. Just found out soon to be ex, is seeing another man during our separation. I’m paying alimony. Can I do anything?
Dating is not a terminating factor for alimony, unless it is specifically stated in your separation agreement.
