Greetings. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Hostile child custody disputes can be some of the worse kinds of disputes we deal with.
First, start to prepare for the court proceedings…tape the calls from their home. Video tape the events when they show up out of the blue. Keep track of who you speak to at Child Protective Services and keep copies of the reports which say they have unsubstantiated the reports. Maintain a calendar of when the events happen. Get copies of the telephone logs from your phone company showing income call numbers. Block numbers from your house that hang up.
I would then take them to court for a restraining order and a modification of child support that limited their time and contact with the children and you. Best of luck.
