Cheating husband

Hard ? to answer without figures,(how much is his income)are you working if yes whats your income, how old are the children, alot needs to be calculated when it comes to that but I’m sure you will get a good amount. but whatever he ends up paying will not be enough to support your family so you will need to get employed if you are employable, meaning you are able to get a job.

Dear startingover05:

Greetings. There is no way for me to tell you how much silly without you coming in, sitting down, and going over all the finances with me. Even then, we need to do a full financial analysis to give you a really good picture. You are clearly entitled to alimony though. Thank you.

Dear ARTHURP:

Greetings. Many people don’t know that adultery is a crime…they just know it is wrong and/or hurtful. Thank you.

My husband committed adultery and fathered a child that I knew nothing about. We have been married 28 years and I have children in college and at home. When he was having the affair he was very abusive to me and the children. I have not worked a full time job in several years but before the children were born I worked and helped pay for his college education. He now makes a very good salary. After I discovered the affair he begged to come home. During that time he put me and my children through hell while he was plotting and planning and stealing money from our joint accounts. He also continued the affair. How much alimony can I expect?
