Child support age?

Yes, in NC child support continues until the child has graduated from high school - unless you have some other agreement in place. There are other special circumstances like the child being in a special school which may continue support for a longer period of time.

Child support will continue until your daughter reaches high school as long as she makes satisfactory progress towards graduation.

My daughter turns 18 in November and will be in her senior yr. of high school. Is she still eligible for child support throughout the 2007-08 school year?
