Child Support Enforcement - meck county

I have my child support payments setup through Child Support Enforcement. My sons dad is $15k behind. I have emailed the person over my case as well as called and I can’t ever get a response. We do have an upcoming hearing because he has filed to have his child support suspended. When we go for this hearing will this likely be covered or do I need to file a separate motion to show cause? Or is this something my case worker should go after for me?

Ordinarily, child support arrears are something that your case worker with Child Support Enforcement would stay on top of and handle. CSE agents often have large caseloads, and the COVID-19 pandemic may have affected their ability to efficiently return calls and emails.

Keep calling and leaving voicemails and emailing your case worker. You may also be able to call the main CSE number for your county and attempt to schedule an appointment.
