Ciminal Conversation & Alienation of Affection

Dear Doug66:

Greetings. First, a properly filed alienation of affection and criminal conversation claim is very costly. If you request in excess of $10,000 in damages, and almost every one does since they will pay almost 6 to 10 times that amount to pursue the action in court, then you will be in Superior Court. These trials are performed before a jury, which increases your legal fees tenfold.

I assume that you have also asked for my opinion and not my option, so before I supply you with that, tell me what you hope to gain from the litigation against this fellow?
